Sr Software Engineer, Search Growth

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

CAD$173,000 - CAD$192,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of robust features for the search stack.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and ensure flexible architecture.
• Mentor peers and junior engineers.
• Conduct design and code reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Go or Java.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Knowledge of search landscape and ML methodologies.
