Sr Software Engineer, Core Security Engineering

This role is based in Seattle, Washington; San Francisco, California; or Sunnyvale, California.

Compensation:

USD$202,000 per year - USD$224,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage systems for access management and enforcement at scale, ensuring security in Uber's production environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, or C/C++
• Experience with large-scale systems and security fields (IAM, Authentication, Authorization)
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead projects
