This role is based in multiple locations including New York, Seattle, San Francisco, and Sunnyvale.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is USD$202,000 per year - USD$224,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-engineering teams to gather requirements.
  • Lead the development lifecycle from architecture design to deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
  • 3 years of experience in backend development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Experience with highly available distributed systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in algorithms.
