Sr Software Engineer, Ads Bidding & Pacing

This role is based in New York, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale.

Compensation:

USD$202,000 per year - USD$224,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance bidding and pacing systems.
2. Ensure systems meet campaign performance goals and reliability standards.
3. Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to deliver effective bidding systems.

Requirements:

• Experience developing and shipping production-level code.
• Strong system design skills for scalable and fault-tolerant services.
• Proficiency in a backend stack (e.g., Golang, Java, Node.js, Python).
• AdTech experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Ads Marketplace/Auction/Bidding/Pacing.
• Background in distributed systems and real-time software.
