Sr Program Manager, Global Escalations

This role is based in multiple locations including New York, Chicago, Phoenix, and San Francisco.

Compensation:

Base salary ranges from USD$105,000 to USD$145,500 per year depending on location.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalation agent tooling and governance initiatives.
  • Develop structural foundations for escalations programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in existing escalations processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in program management or related fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building efficient processes across large organizations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, Agile or comparable certification.
