Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067 USD

Responsibilities:

• Translate strategy into execution by developing structured, milestone-driven plans.
• Shape planning and influence roadmaps to align with organizational priorities.
• Build scalable processes and best practices for program management.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across various teams.
• Own program outcomes end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or related field.
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-year initiatives.
• Experience with AI and cloud architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
