USD$171,000 per year - USD$190,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  1. Own and evolve code hosting, review, and search platforms.
  2. Design and maintain Go-based tooling for code review workflows.
  3. Drive projects from ideation to production.
  4. Define testing and monitoring standards; lead incident response.
  5. Measure and improve developer experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Go and distributed systems.
  • Experience delivering clean, well-tested code.
  • Ability to mentor and drive technical debt reduction.
  • Experience managing projects through all lifecycle stages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience in developer tooling or productivity.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
