Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve code hosting, review, and search platforms.
- Design and maintain Go-based tooling for code review workflows.
- Drive projects from ideation to production.
- Define testing and monitoring standards; lead incident response.
- Measure and improve developer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient in Go and distributed systems.
- Experience delivering clean, well-tested code.
- Ability to mentor and drive technical debt reduction.
- Experience managing projects through all lifecycle stages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Experience in developer tooling or productivity.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
