Product designer II - Platform Experiences

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

1. Own design problems end to end, from discovery to execution.
2. Design scalable solutions for complex business tooling.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
4. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to improve usability.
5. Leverage user research to inform design decisions.
6. Evolve Uber’s enterprise web design patterns.
7. Contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Experience with web applications and enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data-heavy or workflow-driven applications.
• Strong systems thinking skills.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and make tradeoff decisions.
• Familiarity with internal tools, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
