Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is USD$142,000 per year - USD$158,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Help build a new analytics suite to demonstrate the impact of Talent Acquisition.
- Innovate methods to analyze TA/People data for business impact.
- Apply analytics and machine learning to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve data quality.
- Design and analyze experiments for better decision-making.
- Communicate technical topics to non-technical customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate/graduate degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 4+ years experience in data-focused roles.
- Advanced SQL expertise and experience with Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Strong data storytelling and root cause analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with experimental design and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with AI features in reporting.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
