Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is USD$142,000 per year - USD$158,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  1. Help build a new analytics suite to demonstrate the impact of Talent Acquisition.
  2. Innovate methods to analyze TA/People data for business impact.
  3. Apply analytics and machine learning to provide insights to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve data quality.
  5. Design and analyze experiments for better decision-making.
  6. Communicate technical topics to non-technical customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/graduate degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 4+ years experience in data-focused roles.
  • Advanced SQL expertise and experience with Python or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong data storytelling and root cause analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with experimental design and statistical methods.
  • Familiarity with AI features in reporting.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
