Applied Data Science & Insights Leader - GTM Intelligence Solutions and Technical Success

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, utilizing a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$441K – $515K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Shape how OpenAI measures and improves customer adoption across B2B products.
• Build AI/ML-powered intelligence products connecting various customer data points.
• Define metrics, models, and decision systems for Technical Success.
• Lead a small team of data scientists and analytics partners.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in applied data science or related fields.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
