Tech Lead (Backend/Fullstack) - Trust and Safety (Seattle)

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$177688 - $341734 annually

Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of engineers specializing in full-stack, front-end, and back-end development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap of Trust and Safety risk and response domain. Define and drive technical vision and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with at least 5 years of experience.
• 2+ years managing or technically leading a software engineering team.
• Strong experience in architecting large-scale web applications.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
