Compensation:

$202160 - $368220 annually

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and development of scalable backend systems supporting agency and merchant ecosystem growth initiatives. Drive platform reliability and product experience improvements through monitoring and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in backend software development using Go and/or Java.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of data systems and database technologies.
