Senior 3D/Motion Designer - TikTok Design LIVE Gifts & Effects (Sydney)

This role is based in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the creative concept, production, and launch of virtual gifts for TikTok LIVE.

2. Analyze feedback from streamers and users to improve gift sales.

3. Research aesthetic preferences across different countries.

4. Explore initiatives beyond virtual gift animations.

5. Collaborate with TikTok LIVE's regional operations on creative strategy.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in 3D Design, Motion & Animation industries.
• Proficiency with design tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
