Prompt Engineering Program Manager - TikTok Shop

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$104712 - $192534 annually

Responsibilities:

- Expand scenarios from traditional knowledge configuration to large language models.

- Tailor automation SOP based on business strategy.

- Launch and verify automation solutions in the chatbot.

- Manage operation and maintenance processes.

- Monitor resolution effects and find optimization opportunities.

- Collaborate with algorithm and product teams to enhance chatbot capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in automation.
• Prompt Engineer experience with large language models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in eCommerce marketplaces is a plus.
