Backend Tech Lead (Risk Systems) - TikTok BRIC (Singapore)

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Work on infrastructure and tools to enable construction, deployment, and serving of risk defense algorithms and machine learning models at scale.

- Build tools and automated procedures to support risk analytics and defense enforcement.

- Keep risk control solutions state-of-art on fronts of data security, modularization, privacy, and compliance.

- Lead technical direction for cross-team initiatives and mentor engineers in best practices for risk infrastructure and tooling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Solid coding skills and experience with distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Linux, Spark, Flink, Kubernetes.
• Strong industry experience in building distributed backend systems at scale.
