Backend Software Engineer, TikTok Multimedia Arch Creation Platform

This role is based in San Jose.

Compensation:

$118657 - $259200 annually

Responsibilities:

The Creation Platform team is responsible for the core content creation ecosystem of TikTok. You will design and develop features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evolve the architecture of large-scale distributed backend systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant fields
• Proficient in programming languages such as Golang, Java, C++, Python
• Experience with technical stacks like databases, caches, message queues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building large scale distributed backend services
• Knowledge of multimedia technologies
