Backend Software Engineer, Global E-Commerce - Engineering Efficiency

This role is based in Seattle.

Compensation:

$148200 - $300960 annually

Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and promote SDLC standards and engineering best practices.
• Design, build, and evolve CI/CD and release/deployment platforms.
• Develop backend services to improve engineering efficiency.
• Continuously optimize systems for availability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 years of backend software development experience in Go, Java, or Python.
• Knowledge of databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL, Redis, Kafka.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
