Sr. UX Designer, Consumer

This role is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$88,000 - $186,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Research and define UX strategy, contributing to product and design direction.
• Develop innovative design solutions for product education and purchase experiences.
• Measure design performance and iterate for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Present work to partners and senior leaders.
• Define and share Tesla UX design standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent project experience.
• 3+ years of experience in designing interactive applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user experience and visual design.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
