Compensation:
$112,000 - $217,200/year + cash and stock awards + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage all field service processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Own configuration and validation of service logic for repair operations.
- Lead root cause analysis for field performance issues.
- Create and document the end-to-end service lifecycle for charging assets.
- Maintain a prioritized list of activities requiring support from other teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in program management or related field.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of repair processes for complex technical hardware.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
