Internship, Instructional Designer, Collision (Winter/Spring 2026)

This internship is based in Fremont, California and is expected to start around January 2026, continuing through the Winter/Spring term or into Summer 2026 if available.

Compensation:

$19.23 - $26.92/hour + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Create training content for the Collision Repair teams.
• Design and develop engaging instructor-led and eLearning courses.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to scope curricula requirements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
• Portfolio required.
