Compensation:

$57,600 - $108,000/year + cash and stock awards + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality training content with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Manage learning enrollments and assessments to ensure competency.
• Maintain and update existing training content.
• Assess training project impact and track ROI on initiatives.
• Utilize authoring tools and LMS platforms to create scalable training solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant fields or 4 years of practical training experience.
• Knowledge of training methods and commitment to Tesla’s mission.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with content development tools and LMS management.
