Instructional Designer, Collision Repair

This position is based in Fremont, California.

Compensation:

$64,000 - $120,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging instructor-led and eLearning training curricula.
• Capture requirements and evaluate training results.
• Collaborate with Learning Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
