Staff Content Designer, Payments

This role is remote in Canada.

Compensation:

CA$176,000 - CA$264,000/year

What you'll do:

Lead content design for new product experiences, scope and prioritize work, present to leaders, and facilitate content critiques.

Responsibilities:

• Lead content design for new product experiences that connect business goals with user needs
• Scope and prioritize work, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Present work regularly to leaders and synthesize feedback
• Shape interaction flows and navigation schemes
• Facilitate content critiques and create tools for content execution
• Collaborate with product teams to improve user experiences

Who you are:

8+ years of experience as a content designer or similar role, with a focus on technical and B2B products.

Minimum requirements:

• 8+ years of experience working as a content designer, UX writer, or content strategist
• Experience with technical and/or B2B products
• Examples of content across various surfaces and channels
• Ability to drive large-scale information architecture projects
• Experience presenting work to senior leaders

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience designing content for complex financial products
