Software Engineer, Intern

This internship is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

Work on real projects that impact Stripe's operations, including software development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Write production software that has a meaningful impact.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Learn quickly and communicate effectively.

Who you are:

Strong understanding of computer science principles, familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go.

Minimum requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in computer science or related field.
• Some programming experience through projects or coursework.
• Experience in team projects or internships.

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 2 years of university education.
• Specialized knowledge in frontend technologies.
• Experience with writing quality pull requests.
