Senior US Payroll Tax Specialist

This role is based in Bengaluru.

What you'll do:

• Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Manage payroll tax operations including filings, reconciliations, and jurisdiction registrations.
• Research new tax legislation and address complex payroll tax issues.
• Work closely with Payroll Analysts, Finance, HR, Legal, and external tax authorities.
• Work night shifts to align with US business hours.

Who you are:

• 8+ years of experience processing multi-state US payroll or payroll tax filings for 3,000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Workday US Payroll and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
