Senior Staff Product Designer, Payments

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$246,700 - $370,100 per year

What you'll do:

Lead design for the Payments Dashboard team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Articulate compelling product vision for horizontal problems
• Collaborate across design, product, and engineering
• Manage high-level stakeholders
• Lead design workstreams and team rituals
• Push the boundaries on craft and quality for Payments Dashboard experiences

Who you are:

Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience, strong design skills, and experience in leading design teams.
