Senior Staff Engineer , Revenue and Finance Automation

This role is based remotely in India.

What you'll do:

• Manage the technical leadership, execution, and roadmap for the Revenue and Finance Automation suite.
• Design and implement critical platforms for seamless interoperability across products.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design leadership to define product strategy and user experience.
• Establish best practices and frameworks for effective team execution.
• Mentor and support the growth of engineers at various levels.

Who you are:

• At least 15 years of engineering experience with proven leadership in tech initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers and completing projects involving diverse technologies.
