What you'll do:
- Manage the technical leadership, execution, and roadmap for the Revenue and Finance Automation suite.
- Design and implement critical platforms for seamless interoperability across products.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design leadership to define product strategy and user experience.
- Establish best practices and frameworks for effective team execution.
- Mentor and support the growth of engineers at various levels.
Who you are:
- At least 15 years of engineering experience with proven leadership in tech initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience mentoring engineers and completing projects involving diverse technologies.
