Senior Staff Engineer- Core Infrastructure

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Compensation:

A$264,000 - A$396,000/year

What you'll do:

Drive technical roadmaps for large cross-cutting efforts, collaborate across multiple teams, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own technical roadmaps for Core Infrastructure.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships with various teams.
• Present analysis to senior leaders for decision-making.
• Contribute hands-on throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and assist in team growth and development.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively to drive business outcomes.
• Experience mentoring engineers.

Tech stack:

MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS, Linux, container orchestration.
