Operations Associate, Apprenticeship

This role is based in Bengaluru, India as part of a 6-month Apprenticeship Intern Program starting in January 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a foundational understanding of our products, services, and features to assist customers effectively
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via emails
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues under guidance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives

Minimum requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Organized, self-starter with a process-oriented mindset
• Current student or recent graduate in 2025
