Marketing Operations Associate (Automation)

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Build, test and launch complex email and nurture campaigns in Marketo.
• Conduct advanced A/B testing on email and landing page assets.
• Identify gaps in marketing automation infrastructure and address them.
• Manage and deliver email campaigns from intake to execution.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing operations.
• Strong track record using marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo.
• Experienced in HTML and CSS concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
