This role is based in Bengaluru, India.
What you'll do:
- Partner with product, go-to-market, and finance teams to understand new products and contracts.
- Identify accounting implications of contract terms and product designs.
- Document the Company’s accounting positions and communicate them across the organization.
- Support internal financial systems and automate accounting processes.
- Assess internal controls and design new processes for business activities.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses.
- Support external audit processes.
Who you are:
- Accountancy qualification (e.g. CA, CPA) with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP - ASC 606.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
