What you'll do:
Conduct quality evaluations of Risk review cases, oversee Quality evaluation plans, draft monthly QA reports, and collaborate with senior Risk stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality evaluations of Risk [Fraud Operations] review cases
- Oversee and refine Quality evaluation plans
- Draft and circulate detailed monthly QA reports
- Work cross-functionally with senior Risk stakeholders
- Maintain clear documentation of QA oversight
- Drive improvements to the quality oversight program
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance within a Risk environment
- Quality metrics development experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge in payments and the fintech industry
- Familiarity with SQL
