Fraud Ops Team Lead

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Guide your team in performing reviews to protect and advance Stripe’s business.
• Support and coach your team in conducting thorough investigations of merchant accounts.
• Manage operational performance to deliver KPIs and report to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance user experience.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment and hiring initiatives.

Who you are:

• Experience coaching/leading operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage performance and deliver business metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
