Engineering Manager, Stripe Data Pipeline

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a product-focused team, define strategy and roadmap, and ensure a reliable data synchronization service for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a product-focused team of engineers.
• Partner with product managers and designers to define strategy.
• Drive technical vision for a reliable and scalable data service.
• Work with customers to translate feedback into product improvements.

Who you are:

Minimum requirements include 4+ years of engineering management experience and a strong technical background. Preferred qualifications include experience with ETL services and large-scale data processing technologies.
