What you'll do:
Analyze existing processes, leverage automation platforms, and design new solutions to improve workflows across various internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to design and deploy data pipelines and workflows for internal customers.
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize roadmaps.
- Recruit and mentor engineers.
- Launch new product features.
- Ensure integration of features across Stripe's suite.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of engineering management experience.
- 10+ years of overall industry experience.
- Strong technical background with experience in high-scale systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AI, LLM, or ML technologies.
- Understanding of context-driven AI agents.
