• Execute commercial credit underwriting frameworks and guide risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive operational delivery and process improvement.
• Set clear goals and provide regular feedback on performance.

Who you are:

• 6+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting and risk modeling.
• 1+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
