Backend Engineer/API, Payments and Risk

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$190,400 - $285,600 per year

What you'll do:

Design, build, and maintain APIs and services for managing money movement at scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Scope, design, build, and maintain APIs and large-scale systems.
• Debug and solve production issues across services.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2-12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills in any programming language.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale financial tracking systems.
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Docker/Kubernetes).
