Backend Engineer, Secure Endpoint Access

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$141,500 - $255,700/year

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and operate Stripe’s zero-trust infrastructure.
• Scale and extend infrastructure to support a global workforce.
• Optimize security controls for user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in high-stakes production environments.
• Ability to think creatively about reducing risk.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Go and cloud infrastructure deployment.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and Linux system administration.
