Backend Engineer, Revenue and Financial Automation

This role is based in New York.

Compensation:

$155,700 - $233,500/year

What you'll do:

Design and build a suite of products for efficient business operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design next-generation Stripe products for high growth.
• Deliver value through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Participate in roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Debug production issues across services.

Who you are:

2-12+ years of backend software development experience, proficiency in languages like Go, Java, or C/C++, and experience with large scale distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
• Experience in subscription management or financial reporting systems.
• Interest in financial infrastructure.
