Backend Engineer, Link

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

CA$172,000 - CA$258,000/year

What you'll do:

Scope, design, build, and maintain APIs and services that handle billions of money movement requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain APIs and large-scale systems.
• Debug critical production issues.
• Mentor engineers and improve internal standards.

Requirements:

• 2-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills in any programming language.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale financial tracking systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Docker).
