Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AI agents to serve users at scale, focusing on engineering judgment and product decisions.
- Engage directly with enterprise users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and deploy products that address multi-product integration gaps.
- Provide architectural guidance and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Inform product roadmap based on user interactions and needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend systems.
- Strong skills in distributed systems, API design, and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel (~20-30%) to user locations and Stripe offices.
