What you'll do:
- Collaborate with AI agents to serve users at scale, making judgment calls on complex problems.
- Engage directly with enterprise users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and deploy solutions across multiple product boundaries.
- Provide architectural guidance and resolve critical technical challenges.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong command of distributed systems and API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with financial automation or billing products.
- Familiarity with multi-product integration.
- Interest in AI-augmented engineering.
