Staff Engineer, Content Intelligence Infrastructure

This role is based in New York with flexibility to work from home.

Compensation:

$203,410–290,586/year, plus equity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and evolution of data, backend and ML infrastructure systems.
• Build scalable infrastructure for multimodal content processing.
• Drive architectural decisions across distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to raising the engineering bar.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in building and scaling backend systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and/or Scala.
• Experience with AI and LLMs at large scale.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments.
