Staff Designer, Core Experience, Playback Experiences

This role is based in London or Stockholm.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design strategy for Now Playing View on mobile, defining playback operations across all content formats.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape technical design models and playback state transitions.
• Mentor designers within Play Design, enhancing technical fluency and systems literacy.

Who You Are:

• A senior design leader with experience in systems-level product design.
• Skilled in Motion, Interaction, and prototyping.
• Passionate about mentorship and the role of AI in enhancing playback experiences.
