What You'll Do:
- Drive the evolution of Spotify's enterprise security program.
- Design and build security automation and internal tooling.
- Collect and analyze security data to improve detection capabilities.
- Define and implement security hardening and policies.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to enhance security practices.
- Mentor and support the growth of engineers.
Who You Are:
- Several years of experience in enterprise security or systems engineering.
- Experience with IAM, SSO, networking, and device management.
- Ability to think like an attacker and implement countermeasures.
- Understanding of AI risks in an enterprise context.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
