Senior Program Manager, Podcast Sales Strategy & Solutions

Podcast Sales Strategy & Solutions (PS3) is the operational engine behind Spotify’s podcast advertising business. We work across sales, content, talent, and operations to bring podcast advertising to life — from ad formats and approvals to booking operations, sales enablement, and new show launches.

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to own key podcast ad operations across The Ringer portfolio. You’ll connect Spotify’s sales organization with content, talent, and operations teams, keeping high-volume approvals and booking workflows moving while helping our sales teams understand what can run, where, and when. You’ll be close to the full lifecycle of podcast advertising and help make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
