As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In this role, you will manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling resources for maintenance activities, collaborate with facility management in developing and maintaining schedules and resource leveling using the site CMMS program. You will establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules, and manage CMMS and work management processes at the site level for daily data center operations.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program or project management.
- 1 year of experience on Computerized Maintenance Management System, Scheduling, Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance.
- Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, HVAC, program management, project management, facilities management.
- Experience planning/scheduling mission-critical facility maintenance, ability to develop strategic plans/forecasts, communication skills with internal/external parties.
- Experience with third-party CMMS programs, and excellent collaboration/problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.
- Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.
- Author program charter that addresses scope and timeline of basic program, specify program OKRs, and explain resource requirements/dependencies, in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Triage technical bugs and feature requests alongside engineering stakeholders for purposes of prioritization, resourcing, and tracking execution.
