Senior Manager, Design Systems

This role is based in London or Stockholm with flexible work options.

Responsibilities:

• Set the strategic direction and roadmap for Spotify’s design system.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities to enhance system usage.
• Mentor and inspire a diverse team of designers and engineers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for system adoption.
• Oversee governance and quality of the design system.
• Define success metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for the design system through internal workshops and presentations.

Who You Are:

• Experience managing design systems for consumer or enterprise products.
• Expertise in design principles, UX/UI standards, and accessibility.
• Experience with AI integration in design workflows.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools.
