Compensation:
$160,091 - $228,702/year plus equity
What you'll do:
- Design and build reliable backend services for podcast ingestion.
- Drive technical discussions and shape podcast infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers.
- Participate in on-call rotations for system reliability.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of backend experience with platform or distributed systems.
- Proficient in Java; familiarity with JavaScript or Rails is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP and AWS.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.
