Senior Backend Engineer, Experimentation Platform

This role is based in London, with flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and operate high-throughput, multi-tenant backend services.
• Own gRPC/protobuf APIs and data contracts.
• Drive reliability and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.

Who you are:

• Experienced backend engineer with strong Java/JVM fundamentals.
• Comfortable owning production and incident response.
• Fluent with modern cloud tooling, preferably GCP.
